We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Systems Consultant to join a top-tier IT systems integration company in the Modern Workplace enablement space, based in our Perth office.

About the Role:
As a Systems Consultant, you will be part of a National Professional Services team dedicated to delivering comprehensive IT solutions to a diverse range of clients, including corporate, government, and educational sectors.
You will collaborate with project teams to manage complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and large vendors, ensuring successful project implementation and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and assist project teams in technical analysis, implementation, and deployment.
Contribute to solution design and documentation.
Develop technical change requests, migration plans, and test plans.
Support Project Managers in managing scope variations and risks.
Act as a point of escalation for high-priority incidents and urgent issues.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to execute technical changes.
Qualifications and Experience:
3+ years of experience delivering ICT solutions in corporate or enterprise environments.
Proven experience with an IT Service Provider (preferably MSP).
Expertise in cloud transitions, security, and compliance (Essential 8 programs).
Strong background in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 Suite, Windows Server, and Active Directory.
Familiarity with Intune implementation, enterprise mobility, and endpoint management solutions.
Experience with networking and firewall solutions is advantageous but not essential.
Skills and Attributes:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to challenges.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Willingness to mentor junior team members and share knowledge.
Flexibility to work after hours for emergencies as needed.
Qualifications:
Current technical vendor certifications, particularly in Microsoft Cloud technologies.
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer Science is preferred.
Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
National Police Clearance or Working with Children check may be required.
