As a self-motivated and passionate Systems Engineer, you will attend regular visits for managed service and pre-paid support engagements to deliver on-site and remote systems engineering services to Compnow's diverse customer base. You will provide reactive support, proactive maintenance, and planned project execution as part of this role. You will verify your work through the measure twice, cut once principle and handle National Service Desk escalations.
Provide services across multiple vendors and vertical technologies, to deliver excellence in Windows and/or Apple focused technology services.Drive consultative discussion to further understand our client's business and technical needs.Support the solution designs of your senior peers and help bring them to life.Provide general application support, basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues, user account creations and deletions, create file sharing connections.Manage end point software installation and licensing, and end user device setup and transfer.What you'll bring? 2+ years in a Systems Engineer or similar position.Experience in K-12, Early Learning or Higher Education - highly desirable.Experience providing support across Apple, Windows and Android devices - exposure to back-end systems.Experience in frontline support of end users, ideally face to face.Love to communicate with key stakeholders, in both technical and non-technical capacities.Passionate about everything IT, you have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.What else do you need to apply?
