The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing information systems that meet the needs of our organization. The Automation Systems Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of software development methodologies, database design, and system integration.Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Design, develop, and implement information systems that meet the needs of the organization.Collaborate with various departments to identify system requirements and ensure that they are met.Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications.Test and debug software applications to ensure that they meet quality standards.Provide technical support to end-users and resolve system issues in a timely manner.Ensure that all functionality is extensively system tested prior to commissioning and release to production.QA responsibility to develop and implement application testing and version control, detect and resolve problems, and deliver satisfactory outcomes that align with VICT standards.Take a key role during testing and commissioning of all automated equipment.Provide the automation vendors with the necessary defect management feedback.On-call support after probation.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation.A passion for automation and continuous improvement.Strong understanding of software development methodologies, database design, and system integration.Experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or SQL.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What do we offer?We value innovation, teamwork, and a passion for excellence.
