Systems Administrator | North Sydney Your new company An exciting new opportunity is available for a Systems Administrator at a Market Leading Telecommunications/ Managed Service Provider. This is a permanent position that allows you to work from home up to 2 days per week.
Your new role You will be responsible for resolving escalated tickets and supporting the team in networking, Microsoft 365, server deployment and IT security.
What you'll need to succeed Previous experience working in an MSP environment is highly desirable. Windows Server infrastructure (******** ) Networking: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, and basic network troubleshooting. Virtualization: VMware or Hyper-V M365 platform (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange and Azure) Experience using ConnectWise Manage or Datto (RMM & Commerce) Must have an Australian Driving license.
