Administer Entra ID/Active Directory and Ubiquiti networking equipment, focusing on DHCP, DNS, and network performance.Security & Monitoring: Use tools like Huntress MDR and SentinelOne Control to monitor and secure endpoints. Ensure devices are up-to-date and respond to security incidents.VoIP & Storage Management: Oversee 3CX VoIP systems, NAS devices, and implement robust physical and cloud backup strategies.Helpdesk Support: Provide L1-L3 support, troubleshoot hardware/software issues, and roll out new devices.
