Do you have a passion for providing technical support?
Join Sunwater as our Systems Administrator in the Corporate Services team in this 6-month fixed term opportunity (with the potential for extension) where you will be responsible for the management of Sunwater's computer systems and needs including the planning, development, installation, configuration, maintenance, support, and optimisation of all computer systems.
The system administrator works with the network and security teams to provide secure and reliable ICT infrastructure to Sunwater.
You will also: Plan and deliver future capacity and performance requirements based on business needs Maintain backups and disaster recovery tooling and capabilities Liaise with service providers to investigate and resolve issues with supported infrastructure and applications Assist in creating and maintaining a knowledgebase of documentation such as as-builts for supported systems We are seeking an individual with 3+ years experience as a systems administrator, with demonstrated technical skills in Windows Server including DNS, AD, Group Policy, Print Management, File Services, DHCP, RDS, ADCS, Powershell scripting and automation experience, WMware Hypervisor experience.
You will have ITIL v3/V4 foundation certification.
In addition, you will have: Excellent Communication Skills – Excellent written and verbal communication skills including documenting technical processes Problem Solver – Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to demonstrate initiative Influential – Influencing and relationship management skills across all levels This is a 6-month fixed term opportunity (with the potential for extension) and is available for an immediate start in January 2025.
