In this role you will provide IT support to minimise downtime and ensure computer systems are running smoothly.
Reporting to the Systems Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Managing the Micromine SharePoint system and supporting other departments with projects.Diagnosing hardware / software faults and resolving issues.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Maintaining Atlassian software both in office and on the cloud.Ensuring applicable IT policies are complied with.Helping onboard new hires.About You You will have 5+ years' experience within similar roles, including expertise with computer hardware installation and setup.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
Ability to communicate technical issues to people from non-technical backgrounds.Familiarity with:Microsoft SharePoint.Microsoft Azure.Windows Server.Active Directory Domains.Exchange Server / Office 365.Amazon Web Services.TCP / IP Networking.Virtualisation concepts (especially VMware).Next Steps Ready to join the Micromine team?
