The Systems Support Officer key responsibilities are:• Maintenance, deployment and testing of Standard Operating Environment including packaging and deployment of standard software and device drivers for approximately 8000 workstations.• Patch management for approximately 8000 Windows 10 and 11 workstations and 1000 Windows Servers.• Liaise with product vendors and clients on hardware, software and systems to resolve complex infrastructure issues.• Maintain and develop all required infrastructure documentation, including processes and procedures.• Assist with medium-to-large projects in relation to infrastructure architecture, implementation, installation and upgrades.• Adhere to the relevant ITIL standards and procedures that have been developed in the areas of Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management.• Carry out and manage system administration functions utilising the Microsoft product set including but not limited to SCCM, Intune and Windows server and desktop patching.• Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster.Applications to remain curr
