Monitoring clinical progress through regular reviews of systemic treatment. Engaging and working with young people with a range of mental health needs and developmental difficulties, drawing upon your wealth of theoretical and practical knowledge. Supporting staff development through the provision of training, consultation, formulation meetings, and reflective practice sessions. Contributing to service developments within the Therapies Team and wider service. To be successful in this role, you will have: Completed a Qualifying course in Systemic Psychotherapy at Master's or doctorate level, accredited by the AFT. Registration with UKCP. Experience working with adolescents and their families presenting with complex mental health needs, high-risk behaviours, and neurodevelopmental conditions in a CAMHS setting.
