Your Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to projects that align with business objectives, driving impactful outcomes.
Deliver Level 3 IT support, effectively diagnosing and resolving advanced technical issues.
Oversee and maintain IT operations, ensuring reliable and efficient systems performance.
Support server, network, and hardware operations, with a focus on Microsoft technologies and VMware Hypervisor.
Leverage PowerShell scripting and automation to enhance system optimisation and efficiency.
Skills and Knowledge: A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience in a Level 3 IT support role.
A proactive mindset with a strong appetite for learning and embracing new technologies.
Self-driven with the ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Hands-on experience with technologies such as HP, Aruba, VLAN, Microsoft, VMware, VPN, ConnectWise, Windows Server 2012 R2, and Windows Server 2019 R2 (preferred but not essential).
