As System/Compliance Administrator, you will play an integral role within our Business!
You will report directly to the Administration Manager and will be responsible for: Develop, implement, and maintain effective management systems, including quality, safety, and environmental frameworks. Ensure compliance with ISO standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. Lead internal audits, manage non-conformance processes, and oversee corrective actions. Collaborate with all departments to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve overall business performance. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to quality, safety, and compliance. Provide training and support to staff on management systems and ensure understanding across the business. Lead and mentor our team/workshop to foster a culture of continuous improvement and compliance. Lead training initiatives: assess employee training needs, develop training materials, and coordinate sessions to upskill employees in various areas, including management systems, safety, and operational procedures. Create and manage training schedules for both new hires and existing staff, ensuring all mandatory certifications and qualifications are kept up-to-date. Monitor training outcomes and adjust programs as necessary to meet evolving business needs. Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and design tailored development plans. Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, or equivalent). Excellent understanding of management systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. Ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Relevant qualifications in management systems or a related field are highly desirable. Strong knowledge of compliance, auditing, and risk management. What We Offer: Competitive salary package.
