Systems Analyst – ICT APS5 perform analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements support the creation and implementation of solutions to meet business needs support the creation and maintenance of solution documents provide support to daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement perform technical application assessments considering risks and benefits Senior Systems Analyst – ICT APS6 perform detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements create solution designs and implement solutions to meet business needs support daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement perform cost analysis activities as required manage the life cycle of changes and improvements to systems Solution Design Manager – ICT EL1 lead and support operations of the team, including monitoring business performance, setting priorities and managing resources and workflow lead and manage staff, including overseeing the management of performance, attendance and health and wellbeing develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning to increase performance, engagement and retention oversee the development and implementation of the ICT solution contribute to and influence ICT strategy resolving conflicts as needed exercise delegation in accordance with legislation and guidelines Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role include: BPMN To apply for these interesting System Analyst contract opportunities please apply or call Matt on (02) 6299 1006.
