Position: System Analyst
Salary: $80,000 - $85,000 Plus 11.5% Superannuation
Hours: 38 hours
Mode: Full time

We are seeking a System Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of innovative technologies.
The candidate in mind will be expected to perform the following duties that include but are not limited to:
• Analyse and document business requirements to align with project objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop detailed feature breakdowns and create Product Backlog Items (PBIs).
• User Story Development: Write clear and concise Acceptance Criteria (ACs) for user stories. Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and effort estimation.
• Apply expertise in microservices, REST APIs, and mobile architectures to design scalable solutions.
• Manage and maintain IT systems, SharePoint, and software, ensuring seamless integration and effective user access control.
• Act as a liaison between external clients and internal teams to foster effective communication. Oversee software subscriptions, and licenses, and ensure compliance.
• Data Management and Reporting: Manage reporting tools to create insightful dashboards and reports for decision-making.
• Support system integrations and evaluate IT processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide technical support and training on IT systems and technologies.
• Develop workflows and training materials for new system implementations.
• Lead IT-related projects from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business goals. Support the adoption of new digital and IT solutions.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect system changes and enhancements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
Other Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT consulting, system analysis, or software services development.
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms, Java, Python, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, and related technologies.
• Familiarity with networking solutions, including Cisco, Palo Alto, AWS, and DevOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead IT projects and support digital transformations.
