System Analyst for Enterprise Service Manager
12 + 12 month contract - Jan 2025 start date

Our client, large Federal Government based in Tuggeranong, ACT, requires an experienced System Analyst for Enterprise Service Manager.
The Systems Analyst will provide expert advice on the subject matter of ITSM and on ESM.
Duties

Stakeholder Engagement to elicit requirements.
Conduct end user workshops to formulate requirements.
Collaboration with ITSM SME's and leadership for business process requirement.
Documenting business requirements in the form of epics, features, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Capture non functional requirements.
Analysis and documentation of as-is state, mapping the to-be state and respective data flows.
Contribution to user testing in terms of reviewing UAT artefacts and providing consultancy on requirements, use cases and acceptance criteria.
Work with application vendor representatives for problem resolution.
Collaborate with project management team in regard to system deployment.

Selection Criteria

Must have a minimum 5 years' experience in undertaking the same or similar role for a large Federal Government department/agency.
Systems and/or business analyst experience with Commonwealth agencies / Government Departments.
Systems and/or business analyst experience with Service Management Tool uplift.

Primary Technologies: Enterprise Service Management Software Service Management subject matter, ITIL.
