Job Description Multiple Roles 12 month contract with extensions Canberra, Brisbane and Adelaide locations Our Federal Government client is seeking to engage multiple System Specialists across various experience levels for a major program of work.
It is expected that the successful applicants are Australian Citizens who already hold, or are willing to obtain and maintain a Baseline Clearance.
Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for role include BPMN.
System Analyst - Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements Support the creation and implementation of solutions to meet business needs Support the creation and maintenance of solution documents Provide support to daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions Adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement Perform technical application assessments considering risks and benefits Senior System Analyst - Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements Create solution designs and implement solutions to meet business needs Create and maintain solution documents Collaborate with stakeholders to define tasks, resolve issues, solve problems and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects Undertake project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design and testing documents Review research, process models and documentation of other staff, providing guidance and feedback Solution Design Manager - Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Lead and support operations of the team, including monitoring business performance, setting priorities and managing resources and workflow Lead and manage staff, including overseeing the management of performance, attendance and health and wellbeing Develop staff capability through coaching, mentoring and succession planning to increase performance, engagement and retention Oversee the development and implementation of the ICT solution Highlight and identify gaps in existing functionality Highlight and identify functional interdependencies Role Particulars Submission deadline: 03/10 Duration: 01/11/2024 - 01/11/2025 Extension/s: 2 x 12 month options to extend Location/s: Canberra, Brisbane and Adelaide Eligibility: Australian Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline Clearance Working arrangements: Flexible working arrangements may be considered If you are interested in finding out more, apply today or contact Varsha in our Canberra office on 6257 8888.
