Our Health Service is expanding and so is our Digital Health Team! The System Administrator (Virtual Care) will provide high level system support across Virtual Care platforms of West Moreton Health. Acting as a key contact person for services utilising virtual care platforms in matters relating to system administration inclusive of testing and reporting; issue/incident management; change management and education.
About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:
High level knowledge and experience in the use of Digital Health applications, specifically Virtual Care platforms.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills that faciliate a logical approach to deliver desired outcomes.Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key internal/external stakeholders and external application vendors.Ability to work autonomously and within a work in a team environment, set priorities and use own judgement to meet deadlines and manage resources effectively with fluctuating workload and emergent issuesHigh level of communication, both written and verbal, negotiation and interpersonal skills to support Virtual Care system initiatives.West Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with a community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
