About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and friendly Systems Administrator to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all systems. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our business growth and contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment. Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and software applications. Perform system backups and disaster recovery procedures. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues. Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures. Manage user accounts and access permissions. Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot user issues. Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies. Participate in IT project planning and implementation. Document system configurations and procedures.
Key Skills & Qualities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physically capable of lifting heavy objects, cable tie and document all assets. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT. In-depth knowledge on managing Google Workspaces, Azure AD, Slack & Zoom including but not limited to MDM and custom app deployments. Experience with EDR/EDTR management. Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Optionally Desired Systems Experience:
Experience with HubSpot. Experience with back-end web development and architecture. GCP or AWS experience.
