The successful applicant must have an active Baseline clearance.Knowledge/Skills: Office 365 admin (including but not limited to): Defender, Exchange, Azure, Intra, Endpoint and Intune. Solid understanding of networking principles, including DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies. PowerShell Scripting Server hardware and software maintenance, Windows, VMware and Nutanix Minimum 5 years of industry experience within a Government setting Preferred deeper knowledge in specific technologies, such as disaster recovery, replication, and system restoration Effective teamwork and collaboration in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate in planning and executing projects Service desk coverage and escalations Troubleshooting and problem solving of general IT problems Creating, writing and maintaining technical documentation Deliver exceptional support and expert advice on a wide range of systems and services Proficiency in Active Directory and Exchange migrations for both on-premises and cloud environments.
