Responsibilities include: Conduct organic synthesis using multi-step synthesis Analyze and characterize synthesized molecules using NMR, Mass Spec, GC-MS Skills & experience: Honours degree or higher in Organic Chemistry Australian Citizenship required Significant experience in the synthesis of organic molecules including multi-step synthesis Significant experience in the chromatographic separation and purification of molecules Experience in organic/organometallic catalysis reactions Experience in the characterisation of molecules - NMR, IR, Mass Spectroscopy, Chromatography Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to present technical information and contribute to journal publications Apply!
