Who are we looking for?We're actively working on full-time secondment opportunities with clients operating across the property management, government and professional services/private practice space, and we're interested in hearing from property lawyers who are interested in joining us and commencing their secondment journey.
Some of the work you may see yourself involved in includes managing contract negotiation and advising on property ownership matters (including commercial leases), developments, acquisitions and/or managed investments. These secondments are to commence as soon as possible and will run for a minimum of 3-6 months (with scope for extensions).
To join us, you willHave between 4-10 years relevant property experience, ideally gained from top-tier or large mid-tier law firms, and/or working in-house.Current Australian Practising Certificate.Be available to commence a secondment at short notice.Be commercially minded, have the ability to hit the ground running and manage relationships with all levels of a business.What sets us apart?The life of an LOD lawyer is like no other.
