Create the career pathway you want with LOD Who are we looking for? We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time (hybrid) assignments across the tech and financial services sectors, and we're interested in hearing from employment lawyers to join us and commence their LOD journey.
No assignment or day is ever the same when you're working with LOD. You will find yourself liaising with internal stakeholders, and advising on a range of employment law matters. This is a great opportunity to diversify your experience and bolster your CV through a career with LOD. These assignments are of varied durations, ranging anywhere from 3-6 months initially.
To join us, you will:
Have at least 3 years PQE gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training) Be experienced in employment law Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running Enjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationships Who are we?
