This assignment will see you work on corporate transactions and advise on general commercial matters including supply agreements and PPA's. This is a full-time (hybrid) assignment which initially runs for 6 months.
Who are we looking for?
We're working on an exciting assignment with a leading renewable energy company for a corporate commercial lawyer to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
To join us, you will:
Have at least 3 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)Be experienced in corporate commercial law with a background in renewable energy.Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground runningEnjoy partnering with businesses and managing stakeholder relationshipsWhat sets us apart?
