Who are we looking for?
We're working on an interesting assignment opportunity with a global IT company for an experienced Company Secretary/Lawyer to join us and kick-start their LOD career with this assignment.
As an experienced lawyer, this assignment will see you managing the full range of company secretarial responsibilities, including preparing Annual Reports, preparing board packs and coordinating committee members, managing risk, ethics, ensuring compliance with US and AU laws, and advising on corporate governance.
To join us, you will:
