By conducting thorough quality assurance reviews and audits, you will directly influence the efficiency and effectiveness of our claims processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Continuous Improvement Manager and collaborate with various stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations to enhance claims performance and mitigate risks. Your contribution will be pivotal in shaping our claims management practices, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements, legislation, and our internal policies.
