Our opportunity:
The key focus areas of this role include:
Provide a high level of customer service ensuring all program enquires, bookings and issues are dealt with in line with Centre expectations to ensure a timely resolution to all customer enquiries.
Maintain financial records of participants, including enrolment processing, daily reconciliation resulting in accurate financial records.
Provide supervision and guidance to the Programs staff, including, Swim School staff, Party Leaders and Group Fitness Instructors to ensure the delivery of safe and high-quality programs.
About you:
We are seeking a people orientated, customer focused Swim Program Supervisor to join our Swim School Team at the Warringah Aquatic Centre.
