Position VacantSWIM COACHCASUALCranbrook School is seeking a casual Swim Coach to join its brand new, state of the art Aquatic & Fitness Centre, based at the Senior School campus at Bellevue Hill.ABOUT THE POSITIONReporting to the Head Swim Coach, the role will support the Head Swim Coach and Assistant Head Swim Coach to deliver a successful swimming program for Cranbrook School and Cranbrook Aquatic Swim Club.The Swim Coach will plan and prepare squad sessions that are fun and positive experiences that focus on correct swimming technique in a safe environment. They will attend all swim meets, club nights, training sessions and clinics.By conducting fair assessments of all swimmers, the Swim Coach will ensure all participants are graded appropriately.The Swim Coach will continuously seek opportunities to grow and improve their skills and their teaching techniques in order to deliver the highest standards for competitive swimming.Cranbrook School staff enjoy a stimulating work environment as part of a team of talented professionals, excellent opportunities for professional development, and attractive remuneration and benefits.ABOUT YOUYou are an enthusiastic professional who has a passion for delivering high quality swim coaching.
