Call:  9689 8904 West Sector: Operations Job Summary - Immediately Available- $110,000 up to plus super- Based Western Sydney Job Description About your new companyOur client is proudly one of the leaders in the disposal of hazardous waste, resource recovery, and can offer specialised waste management solutions.About your new roleAs the NSW Trainer, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following –• Coordinate the training, assessments and continual improvement of our machine and plant operators and Resource Recovery and Recycling staff.• Development of training program plan that aligns with the overall objectives of the Resource Recovery and Recycling departments.• Develop and deliver Resource Recovery and Recycling compliance trainingprograms to the organization in consultation with the B&D and SEQ team.• Co-ordinate, deliver and monitor all content and materials for MachineOperator training programs, ensuring alignment with our clients growth strategies.• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, and consultation with line managers and Group Training Manager.About you•Certificate III in Civil Construction•Prior waste/recycling industry experience•Proven work experience as a training coordinator•Track record in designing and executing successful training programs•Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on the job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)•Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role•Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or skill setsWhat is in if your you•Work for an industry leader•Be apart of a strong Brand•Attractive salary•New MRF Facility All Rights Reserved | West Recruitment Pty Ltd#J-18808-Ljbffr
