Sustainability Manager - Data & Reporting Flexible

This role will support the Head of Sustainability by implementing and monitoring strategies, analysing data, ensuring regulatory compliance, and communicating sustainability efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust analytical background, a deep passion for sustainability, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyse, and report on sustainability data to track progress against goals and targets.
Project Coordination: Assist in executing sustainability initiatives and manage specific projects to ensure they are completed on time.
Compliance Monitoring: Ensure adherence to relevant sustainability standards and regulations, identify potential risks, and support risk management strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance and expand sustainability efforts.
Sustainability Communication: Develop detailed reports, presentations, and communications to effectively convey sustainability achievements and initiatives to diverse audiences.
Skills Required: Experience: at least 3-4 years in a sustainability-related role.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant sustainability standards and frameworks (AASB/ISSB, GRI, SBTi, UN SDGs, CDP, etc.) Analytical Skills: Strong ability to work with large datasets, interpret data, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel: experience with ESG platforms is a plus.
Carbon Accounting: Experience preferred.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Passion: Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship.
