Job title: Sustainability Director

TGRC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sustainability Director to join our team and lead our efforts in driving sustainability initiatives for our clients. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base, managing diverse sustainability projects, and providing expertise in decarbonization pathways.

Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients who are seeking sustainability advisory services.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and high-quality project delivery.
Project Management:Oversee and manage multiple sustainability projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability strategies into various aspects of client operations.
Decarbonization Pathways:Provide expert guidance on decarbonization strategies, helping clients understand and implement effective measures to reduce their carbon footprint.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to sustainability and decarbonization.
Strategic Planning:Collaborate with clients to develop comprehensive sustainability strategies aligned with their business goals and values.
Assist clients in setting and achieving ambitious sustainability targets and milestones.
Thought Leadership:Act as a thought leader in the field of sustainability, contributing to industry forums, publications, and conferences.
Stay informed about the latest advancements in sustainability practices and technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business).
Proven track record in business development and client acquisition.
Extensive experience in managing sustainability projects, with a focus on decarbonization.
Strong understanding of current sustainability trends, frameworks, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
