Our sustainability program covers a broad range of topics, from reducing our climate impact; producing more sustainable and circular product and packaging; sourcing our products ethically; and contributing positively to our communities. What will I be doing? The primary purpose of the Sustainability Analyst role is to support the Sustainability function to implement HAA's sustainability strategy across the business, focusing on the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of key Environmental, Social, and Governance data.
Key areas of this role include:
Supporting execution of the company's sustainability strategy, including goals and targetsHelping to drive and embed a culture of sustainability throughout HAAAssisting with managing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for a range of internal and external sustainability reports, strategic initiatives and compliance requirementsProactively identifying and addressing risks related to sustainability data management and reportingCollaborating with internal stakeholders to present sustainability data insightsProviding technical expertise and research support for sustainability initiativesSupporting the GM Sustainability and Sustainability Leads on external reporting (e.g., Modern Slavery, Packaging/APCO, Climate-related disclosures etc.
)Supporting communication of sustainability achievements/initiatives internally.What experience do I have? 3+ years' experience working in the Apparel industry – either directly or indirectly in a professional services firmStrong analytical and numerical skillsExperience in data analysis, including ability to interpret and visualise high volumes of dataProficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and Power BIStrong communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)Strong problem-solving mindsetSelf-driven and motivated, a proactive individual with the ability to multitaskPassion for sustainability and driving change
