What will I be doing ?
The primary purpose of the Sustainability Analyst role is to support the Sustainability function to implement HAA's sustainability strategy across the business, focusing on the collection, management, analysis, and reporting of key Environmental, Social, and Governance data.
Key areas of this role include: Supporting execution of the company's sustainability strategy, including goals and targets Helping to drive and embed a culture of sustainability throughout HAA Assisting with managing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data for a range of internal and external sustainability reports, strategic initiatives and compliance requirements Proactively identifying and addressing risks related to sustainability data management and reporting Collaborating with internal stakeholders to present sustainability data insights Providing technical expertise and research support for sustainability initiatives Supporting the GM Sustainability and Sustainability Leads on external reporting (Eg.
Modern Slavery, Packaging/APCO, Climate-related disclosures etc.)
Supporting communication of sustainability achievements / initiatives internally.
What experience do I have?
3+ years' experience working in the Apparel industry – either directly or indirectly in a professional services firm Strong analytical and numerical skills Experience in data analysis, including ability to interpret and visualise high volumes of data Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, including Excel and Power BI Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and oral) Strong problem solving mindset Self-driven and motivated, a proactive individual with the ability to multi task Passion for sustainability and driving change ?#LI-PRIORITY
