As a Surveys Officer, you will: Administer and coordinate eVALUate online unit and teaching surveys each trimester and semester, as well as assisting with other surveys.Coordinate the survey field period including schedules, sampling, mailing lists, and reminders. Extract data from the student management systems to develop survey populations for unit and teaching evaluations.Contribute to the reporting and strategic insights in relation to student feedback from eVALUate unit and teaching surveys.Provide support and advice on the use of the online survey tool used for eVALUate to stakeholders.To be successful, you'll have: A Degree (preferably in a quantitative or analytical discipline) with subsequent relevant experience; orExtensive experience and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in technical or administrative fields; orAn equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.Demonstrated ability to write reports and briefings, including curiosity and interest in translating data into insights and creating data visualisations or infographics.Strong organisation skills with the ability to coordinate tasks and work with a diverse range of stakeholders.Experience in surveys or student evaluations would be highly regarded.
