The Opportunity
As the Survey Data Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating survey data across various projects. You will establish data standards, ensure consistency, and support the integration of survey data into broader digital assets and Project Information Models (PIMs). This is a leadership role where your expertise in geospatial data will drive innovation and enhance project outcomes. You will collaborate with designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure data accuracy, optimize workflows, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities Oversee survey data collection, ensuring accuracy and integration across multiple contractors.Develop and maintain survey data standards and management plans.Conduct regular reviews of survey data for compliance with project specifications and standards.Integrate survey data into digital platforms, supporting project delivery and long-term asset management.Promote collaboration among project stakeholders to enhance communication and data sharing.Provide technical support and training to teams on survey data management tools and best practices.Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability of survey data deliverables.Present progress reports on survey data activities to senior management, highlighting key achievements and challenges.Identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize survey data workflows.Mentor team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.How to Apply
