We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team. As a PCA, you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to individuals within a Residential Aged Care setting.

Key Responsibilities: Support consumers with daily living tasks such as personal care, grooming, etc.Provide emotional support and companionship to consumers, ensuring their wellbeing and safety.Promote independence and encourage consumers to achieve their goals and aspirations.Maintain accurate records and document all activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.Communicate effectively with other professionals involved in the consumers' care, including family members and external healthcare professionals.What you will need:
You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in aged care. To be considered for these roles, you will need:
Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing Specialisation), or equivalent and/or Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Ageing Support.Previous experience working in an aged care facility.Ability to build effective relationships and work within a team.NDIS Worker Screening Check.Current Police Check or willing to obtain.Working With Children clearance.Up-to-date Vaccination requirements as per the Australian Immunisation Handbook.If you are passionate about supporting people and making a difference in their lives, we would love to hear from you.
