Please review the following rosters and consider all aspects of your personal schedule to ensure you can commit to these rosters if you are successful.Option 1 Based in Yangebup - Option 2 Based in Rockingham - Proposed Roster - 64.50pfn .pdfKey duties include: Delivering a wide range of domestic supports within high-needs customer residence;Supporting person-centred plans that identify a customer's life goals;Ensuring positive behaviour support plans are followed; andAdministration duties, expense and mandatory reports.
What you'll need?
Extensive experience in supporting customers with behavioural support plans;To be at ease in a swimming pool environment assisting customers in the pool with swimming and exercise activities;Previous experience with manual handling and medication administration;Significant personal care and domestic duties experience;Ability to manage complex or difficult situations as they arise with patience and maturity;Cert III in Disability, Individual Support or higher is essential;Willingness to use your fully insured and registered, private vehicle (aligned with Activ's motor vehicle allowance rebate).
