We are seeking NDIS support workers to join our dedicated team at 'St Louis on Sea' a luxury home on the Esplanade at Victor Harbor.About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will work under the support and guidance of our Dementia Care Specialist, and be part of a dedicated client-focused team, you will have genuine connections and actively engage with our clients in all aspects of daily living including, personal care, domestic duties, meals, social activities, and community participation.We encourage people with availability to do night shifts to apply!To be successful in this role you will have:A person-centred approach to support people in their daily livingExperience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviours, will be an advantageReliability and flexibility to work across a full range of shifts.Essentials:Covid-19 and Flu 2024 Vaccination and ongoing boosters are a requirement.National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)Certificate III in Individual Support or DisabilityNDIS Worker Screening ClearanceAbout St Louis:St Louis on Sea is part of St Louis Homes a South Australian family-owned and operated NDIS-accredited provider.
