In addition to working with a great team, you will also work in partnership with individuals and their families who need individualized support services due to disability, ageing or mental ill-health.
This role allows you to use a range skills where supports may include personal care , home management, social care assistance, hoisting, clinical care , managing behaviors of concern and all-inclusive to helping people to remain living in their home with opportunities to continue to access their community.

We offer permanent part-time contracts starting with a minimum of 15-20 guaranteed hours per fortnight which will increase as we build your roster.
What You'll Do: Domestic Assistance such as housekeeping, meal planning and preparation, and personal administration (e.g.
shopping, banking, paying bills) Support customers with personal care, such as bathing, toileting, grooming and hoisting (this includes customers with high care needs) A range of clinical care - including administering medication Willingness to perform high care support, including bowel care, hoisting & behaviors of concerns Support customers stay connected to their communities.
(appointments and activities, family and friends) Think outside the box by finding creative solutions to challenges.

What You Need: A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle (important for the role) A NDIS Worker Screening check (or be ready to get one) A positive attitude and creative thinking Flexibility to work different shifts Experience helping individuals and families especially with Mental Health & High Care supports (essential) Qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, or Community Services (also would be great) You'll need: Reliability, flexibility and a positive attitude Excellent people skills Competency with using a Smart Phone and Apps?
