We are currently recruiting for a new Support Worker to join our team based in Taree (specifically Forster/Tuncurry), to provide domestic assistance (such as cleaning and meal prep), social support, and implement health and wellbeing initiatives that support our clients. As a Support Worker, you will join our esteemed national team of community services professionals, dedicated to helping individuals maintain their independence and well-being.
This is a part time opportunity with flexible working hours available from Monday to Friday. Due to clients' needs in the area, we do require services to be covered as early as 7am and as late as 7pm.
As this is a part time role, the base hourly rate is $30.94, along with 11.5% Superannuation and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging (providing up to $15,900 in tax benefits). Additionally, you will receive a travel allowance of $0.99c per km and paid travel time between services. A daily mobile allowance is also provided when using your own device for work-related purposes.
