About the Role: As a Support Worker, you will provide care for individuals over the age of 65 in the Mildura community. Enjoy secure permanent part-time employment with guaranteed hours of up to 40 per fortnight, this may be more depending on your availability. Experience variety by visiting clients in their homes within the Mildura region. Receive a base hourly rate of $30.61 plus the 11.5 % superannuation and eligibility for not-for-profit salary packaging. We welcome applicants with or without Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent. Increase your take-home pay through our not-for-profit salary packaging. Enjoy the freedom of a mobile work environment with a travel allowance of 99 cents per kilometer for driving between services. Receive a daily mobile allowance when using your own device for work-related purposes. You have a deep understanding of and passion for working with the elderly. Possess a current driver's license. Have a registered, reliable, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle. Feel confident in using different forms of technology, such as smartphones or tablets. Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate or are willing to obtain one. Are willing to undergo a National Police Check. Have a flexible approach to availability and are open to being rostered between the hours of 7:00 am - 7:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Throughout your onboarding process, you will receive comprehensive induction and all the necessary information to excel in this role.
