With a focus on supporting our clients to stay independent in their own homes for as long as possible, our Support Workers provide a range of services.
$28.94 - $34.76 per hour + 99c per km and travel timePart-time with stable shifts to suit your hoursDevelopment/leadership opportunities; supportive multi-disciplinary teamWe currently have multiple opportunities for permanent part-time support workers to join our Home and Community Care team in the Grafton area.
