Support Worker – Complex Needs (Children) Location: North and North Eastern Suburbs Casual Employment | Multiple Clients Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with complex needs?  CareCo Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide essential care and support to a primary school-aged participant with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Duties and Responsibilities: Provide personal care and communication support for a child with ASD.Assist with emotional regulation, positive behaviour support, and implementation of care plans.Support the child in the community and during therapy appointments.Facilitate and encourage positive social interactions and engagement in activities.Requirements: Strong understanding of emotional regulation supports and experience with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) plans.Must have a current Working with Children Check.NDIS ClearanceNDIS Worker OrientationMedication AdministrationFirst Aid CPROwn vehicle and comprehensive Car Insurance non-smoker.Availability during weekday afternoons and weekends.20-30 hrs a weekJoin our team and help make a lasting impact!
