The Opportunity: Come and join our team! We are seeking a Community Disability Support Worker located in Shepparton. You will be responsible for supporting a customer with daily living tasks, enabling them to live an independent and holistic life. Each day may look a little different but your work will be centred around the following:
Providing support in everyday activities around the homeProviding support with hygiene and personal careAssistance, support, and chaperoning activities outside the home environmentAssisting with medication compliance, which may include the dispensation of prescription medicationMeal assistance, which may include meal preparationTo be successful in this role you will have: A minimum qualification of a Certificate III in Individual SupportAt least one year of experience as a Disability Support WorkerNDIS Clearance, First Aid (3 yrs), CPR (12 months) & National police clearance - or willingness to obtainComprehensive Car InsuranceReliable vehicle and licenceWhat shifts are we offering? Monday to Sunday:
7.00am - 1.15pm3.30pm - 6.00am with inactive overnightAdditional shifts available in the area.
