As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities by providing personalised care and support tailored to their unique needs and goals. Key Responsibilities: Support customers to achieve goals and wellbeing individually or in groups, in their home, the community, an Aruma hub or an overnight respite house. Work in an exciting, fast paced, and flexible environment. No two days are the same! Support customers to grow, develop new skills, access hobbies and interests, participate in the community and promote inclusion. Assisting clients in their daily living activities, such as personal care, mobility, and skill development. Provide Person – centred active support to encourage independence and help customers meet their goals and choices. Encouraging independence and empowering customers to achieve their personal goals.
