About the role The Humanitarian Settlement Program (HSP) provides services and support to migrants and refugees settling in Australia. The Program assists Clients to build the skills and knowledge they need to become self-reliant, contributing members of our society. Services delivered to HSP Clients are determined by the assessment of their needs and achieved through individualised case management plans.
In this role you will support refugees and humanitarian entrants within the HSP with entry-level information, education and practical support. In addition, you will also coordinate, supervise, train and support volunteers.

Further information This role is covered by the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award - Level 3. Annual salary $73,823.36 + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
