This role is perfect for an applicant seeking career development in the clinical space. Duties include:Deliver direct nursing care and case management to residents, including medication management and wound care.Mentor and train junior RNs, leading sessions and assessments in clinical specialties.Collaborate with the Village Care Manager to identify training needs and implement clinical audits.Ensure highest standards of palliative and dementia care, working closely with relevant consultants.Champion holistic care approaches, including assessment, care planning, and health promotion.Provide leadership in incident management, compliance, and documentation completion.Adhere to professional standards and regulations, actively pursuing continuing education and development.About YouCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.Minimum 5 years' nursing experience, with direct Aged Care or Community Care experience desirable.Expertise in contemporary nursing practices, medication management, and clinical assessment.Specialty skills in wound management, chronic disease, or palliative care highly desirable.Proficiency in relevant technologies and understanding of funding frameworks.Strong knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements in Aged Care.Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a regulated environment.Join our team and experience a rewarding nursing career that offers warmth, support, and a chance to make a meaningful impact.
