Support Worker Aged and Disability (DIDO) Location: (Como-WA, Merredin-WA, Australia) Right at Home is one of the largest home care providers in the world, with approximately 600 offices in eight countries.

Position: Drive-In Drive-Out Support Worker Are you a compassionate and dedicated support worker looking for a unique opportunity? Join our team in Merredin for a casual position from December to February!
Responsibilities: Provide support to clients in Merredin and surrounding areas. Drive between clients using your own vehicle. Secure accommodation in Merredin for the duration of your stay (Airbnb or room for rent). Requirements: Possession of a personal vehicle. Ability to secure accommodation in Merredin. Available for a casual position from December to February. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Opportunity for sponsorship in Merredin if all goes well. Ability to provide companion/personal and domestic care. A passion for respectfully empowering and caring for people. Excellent written and verbal skills. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team. High level of time management and organisational ability. Qualifications Certificate III in Aged Care, Community Care or Disability Care or studying towards. Satisfactory Australian National Police check. Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate. Driver's license and your own car. Excellent communication skills including verbal and written. Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team. Ability to problem-solve, think creatively, and find innovative solutions. Understanding of professional boundaries, privacy, and confidentiality.
