About the role We are looking for a Support Officer Logistics to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis. As an Elders Support Officer Logistics, you will provide logistics support to the Branch rural products team, including receiving and dispatching stock in a safe manner. Supported by the Elders network, you will be provided with the tools necessary for you to grow in your career.
We offer the opportunity to become multi-skilled as both a Support Officer Logistics and a Sales Support Officer, enhancing your versatility and ensuring seamless support across all functions of the branch.
Responsibilities Provide a complete delivery service for getting rural products to clients.Perform the storage, handling, receiving and dispatching of stock in a safe manner.Assist with stock take and other rural products logistics support activities as needed. Providing expert administrative support to the team, allowing the branch to develop and foster professional relationships Providing support in all areas of the sales process as well as assisting with running the office About you Delivery service experience within the local area (preferred). Basic knowledge of general merchandise products and safe storage & handling practices. Have an ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients Are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative and results- focussed working environment A driver's license and truck licence A Forklift License, or the willingness to become licensed after undertaking training offered by Elders About Elders Elders is proud to be the last Australian-listed major agribusiness.
