The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the NI Technical Support Services Team.
As part of a high-performing, customer-focused team, you will support the team through the management of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, monitoring incoming correspondence, triaging and allocating requests for reviews, and sending relevant communications to internal and external stakeholders.
You will engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain robust and productive relationships to facilitate the delivery of the strategy and objectives of the team.
This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney, Parrmatta, Gosford or Newcastle office, with flexibility to work from home.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain and organise the NI Internal Reviews Inbox ensuring timely and accurate correspondence handling.
Assist in managing EML's adherence to Section 287A Internal Review processes, including reporting, allocations and complaint prevention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders ensuring effective communication and resource allocation.
Proactively provide additional assistance within the team and business unit to support the achievement of goals.
Accurately manage date and information as well as preparation of letters/documents, and the development and maintenance of excel data reporting.
ABOUT YOU Demonstrated experience in a similar role, with a strong background in administration and team support.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Team player who likes to work collaboratively but can also work independently.
Minimum intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Oiffce Suite.
