About the role
Supporting the Business Development Team, the Support Officer - Business Development is primarily responsible for driving corporate sales of Red Cross training programs and products via outbound calls, campaigns and email sales initiatives.
The role is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of cross sell, retention and renewal strategies along with preparing and delivering sales scripts to win client bookings for Red Cross.

This role is covered by the Educational Services (Post-Secondary education) Award – General Staff, level 4.
Salary from $61,348.00 + superannuation + access to salary packaging.
