Pennant Technologies is seeking a skilled Support Coordinator to join our Production Support team based in Hyderabad. This role is critical in ensuring the efficient operation of our support services, managing SLAs, and providing timely and accurate reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities: SLA Management: Monitor and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely resolution of tickets and adherence to contractual obligations. MIS Reporting: Generate and distribute Management Information System (MIS) reports to internal and external stakeholders. Utilize SQL to gather data and create detailed reports that support decision-making processes. Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the Production Support, Development, and Level 3 (L3) support teams to facilitate the quick and effective closure of support tickets. Support Effectiveness: Provide regular updates and matrices to the management team regarding the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the support operations. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of support services. Qualifications: Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the banking sector or related industries, with a proven track record in a support role. Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL for data analysis and report generation. Strong command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for creating detailed reports and presentations. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle pressure and complex situations efficiently. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
